A dinner/snack idea today: I used to make these for dinner when our
children were home. Buy the refrigerated biscuit dough (I waited for a coupon).
After popping the container open, spread thinly on a baking sheet. Add
spaghetti sauce, whatever toppings you want and add cheese. Children especially
like these mini-pizzas.
Another thing I used to do was to make a double, triple, or even
quadruple batch of pizza crust. Bake them in individual sized portions until
they barely start to brown. Everyone made their own pizza for dinner, and I
froze the rest. With sports and jobs, not all teenagers could sit down with the
family for dinner. They would pull one out, top it and bake it for a quick meal
later on.
